I have been going to this Salon since Vicky started working here, I have always been made to feel very welcome by all the staff. Vicky is now the owner and has been for a few years now. Vicky has made The White Room a very happy environment, she has looked after my hair for years and is very passionate about her work, she gives good advice when needed. I am always very happy with my hair, the cut and colour are always perfect.

I cannot recommend The White Room and all it's staff enough if I tried! I am a regular customer for coloured hair and have appointments about every 6 weeks or so, which is always outstanding; but I had an appointment yesterday (17/08) to have some hair extensions installed, and I left the salon feeling better than I have in years! My hair looks and feels so beautiful and exactly how I asked for it, in fact better! I was treated with utter respect the entire time I was there, I was welcomed into the salon which was clean and well organized. The owner Vicky sat me down, explained the entire process, and made me a coffee for my appointment. There was never a moment of awkward silence, and I felt genuinely cared for and that my hair was safe in their hands (Even though I already knew it would be). I'll never go to a different salon, they certainly have me as a customer for life, as well as all of my friends and family. OUTSTANDING. Thank you to everyone at The White Room for always making me feel so special for the past 5 years that I have been your customer!

The White Room has the friendliest staff and is the most comfortable salon I have ever been in! all of the staff are so talented and genuinely care about you and your hair, mine had previously been cut badly and within a few visits the difference was unbelievable, Vicky has worked her magic many times since and I can't recommend the staff in here highly enough. Everything they do in this salon is for the best interest of each individual client and the products they use are amazing. I look forward to each visit and have never once felt intimidated to walk through that door as I know every time I do there is a warm friendly smile and a greeting and a brew is pretty much with you before you've sat in the chair.
